Iona Environmental Vct Plc announces that the resolution proposed at the General Meetings held on 27 November 2012 was duly passed.
Consequently the Annual Report & Accounts containing audited financial statements that would have been made up for the year to 30 September 2012 will now be for the eighteen months to 31 March 2013.
Under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the United Kingdom’s Financial Services Authority, substitute unaudited Report & Accounts for the twelve months to 30 September 2012 have been prepared and available for download at National Storage Mechanism and in the Downloads section on Iona Capital’s website.
