Iona’s largest welsh waste project started processing waste

Iona Capital Ltd has financed Biogen Waen, an anaerobic digestion facility located in Wales in October 2012, which has now been successfully completed and started accepting waste from the local authority. The plant will process 22,500 tonnes of food waste and generate 1MW of electricity p.a.
