Deal Overview

Shawton Energy Limited (SEL) is a solar pv installer with a significant pipeline of rooftop solar projects to supply businesses with renewable electricity.

SEL is joint venture formed by Iona Capital and Jamie Shaw. The deal closed in October 2021 and the pipeline of projects is expected to be built out within the next three years.  With a focus on new roof-top solar projects through a power purchase agreement, the joint venture will assist a multitude of industries meet their carbon reduction targets

SEL is based in St Helens with capabilities to install projects throughout the United Kingdom.
